Although the description says most of the bench is pre-assembled and you only need to assemble the front support tube and the foam rollers, this is not true. It required complete assembly. But I a was able to do it by myself in a short period, despite the minimal instructions. Afterwards I found an assembly video on their website. It would have been nice to know it was available before I got done. Appears sturdy enough for my current needs.

My bench arrived with the seat padding smashed (it was like you were sitting on the board). I sent an email through website and was answered right away. They sent me out a new seat with in a few days of my first email and I received the new seat in a day or two. I feel like the bench seats were not packed very well which allowed the heavy parts of the bench to mess up the padding but Teresa in customer service was great and was very helpful! This is a great bench and I would purchase it again. It allows you to do several exercises with one bench. Thank you!

Nice great addition to our exercise room, much needed during COVID-19 quarantine. Removed the top leg roll as it got in our way and was not too useful. Have not really used the resistance bands. Pads are thick and firm. Back rest does not get all the way to 90 degrees. A suggestion for improvement would be small rollers to help move it around in a home gym. Otherwise, great piece of equipment.

I’m not much for assembling things, so this sat in my garage for about 4 weeks before I forced myself to get it done. From past experience with things that come disassembled, I opened the box very gingerly to make sure I could reuse it if I had to sent the bench back for any reason. Two rudimentary open ended wrenches were included and actually were all that was required to assemble it.I completed putting it together in about 90 minutes, working at a leisurely pace. I quickly realized this product was not made in the USA, or they hired someone who doesn’t speak English too well to write the step by step instructions. After struggling through the first of four pages, I quit reading the verbiage and let the exploded pictures be my guide. All went well after that. I used it for the first time this morning and found it to be sturdy, with adequate padding for comfort, and just a tad smaller perhaps than the pro equipment at the gym. I’m 5’8 and 180 lbs. Anyone over 6′ and 200+ might find it a bit undersized.

Incredible weight bench for everyone everywhere. In general, weight benches are one of two options. Super cheap but horrible quality, or super expensive with good quality. This, however, was affordable, and the quality was that of one which would cost you over a grand to purchase. It was stable, comfortable, and easily adjustable. The material which it was made out of makes it super easy to work out on, and sweat does not seep into the material easily. You can adjust it a multitude of ways, providing the option for many different types of exercises to include in your workout. Most importantly however, it was stable. I’ve gotten injured using weights on a wobbly bench before, injuring different muscles in my body. A stable bench like this one is crucial to prevent injury. Great product!

I can either choose the large bolt below (more important) or large screw knob above (less important), but not attach both.I added construction glue to the top to quickly fix this.

First let me say I’ve researched many other brands/makes of benches on Amazon and read all of their Q&A sections and so many reviews of a plethora of benches, and I was a bit skeptical about whether or not I should purchase this bench…So, why did I chose this one? 2 reasons: I had previously purchased an Harrison Power Tower and I knew the quality of their products was top tier. But most of all I was looking for something where I could do many types of workout with; bicep curls, situps, shoulders, bench presses, flys, hamstrings, and quads… all from one bench. This was my goal in mind and I set off to find the best bang for my buck. I settled on this bench and purchased.Well I am glad that I did, this bench is built like a tank. Heavy, sturdy and easily assembled. Upon opening the box, I noticed everything was well packaged, no broken pieces, or dented parts. (Though It wouldn’t matter to me much though if it had, because in a bit of time im sure the bench will see its wear with my use.) I didn’t have any problem putting the bench together but I did use my own tools which I do suggest you do as well. The tools that come included aren’t the best, but I am sure they will complete the job.Overall, it works, its holding everything, I add lots of weights and this things is sturdy. Things do wiggle and move, but there are turn knobs to tighten everything. I like it, and I’m happy with my purchase.

I really like this piece of equipment. The instructions and labeling of the install kit is the best I’ve ever see. Bench is very study, it’s very high quality and the fit of the assembly was perfect. It has almost a full range of motion for leg extensions and leg curls. Good incline adjustments and one steep decline. The preacher curl works better with dumbbells and setting the pin very high. It works perfectly for both my wife and me. 5’7” and 5’11” respectively. Customer service is awesome also!

This bench is perfect! Leg extensions AND curls work just fine if you know how to position your legs correctly (you might be doing wrong by trying to use your ankles.

this bench is great for the home gym for all exercises normally done on a bench. it is wide and comfortable on the shoulders, especially when doing bench press or incline/decline presses with bar or dumbbells’. very sturdy and lightweight. easy to move around as needed and to adjust for incline. lots of support on the back and seat. Very comfortable for bench pressing. Just make sure to include your body weight in the total for lifts, as bench is only rated at 560#
