SHIPPING
Estimate Delivery for USA address: 7 -15DAYS
We currently offer FREE shipping for all orders in the United States.
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days(Inventory permitting).
Most orders placed will be delivered within 10-20 business days.

RETURN
If customer not satisfied with the purchase of your new equipment , you can request a return within 30 days of your delivery date. Due to the size and weight of our products, HARISON doesn’t offer a refund for any shipping or delivery charges you may have paid to receive your product. Returns will include a return shipping charge. HARISON reserves the right to assess the condition of the returned product and either grant or deny a refund.
REFUNDS & PROCESSING TIME
You will be notified via the email address associated with your order within 24 business hours of your return’s arrival at our Online Division. It can take up to two weeks to fully process your return and reimbursement. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, and it would be processed within 2 working days. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account.
WARRANTY
12 Months warranty can be enjoyed during the warranty period.

Clearance sales products are not brand new.
May Have the Issues Like:
1. Item has never been used and will come in original packaging. Packaging may be damaged.
2. Small imperfections during shipping, have not influence on the result of use.
3. Small pieces missing during shipping. Do not worry, free parts are provided by HARISON.
4. Clearance sales do not allow refunds or returns. But no worry, we will provide perfect after-sales service after you order.
